When a claim arises, we want all of our clients to have immediate and responsive service. To help you in this process, please be reminded of the following few tips:

    1. Donít admit fault
    2. Gather as much information from the other party as possible
    3. Write down names and phone numbers of any witnesses
    4. Contact our office as soon as possible
